October 2015 – Excedrin got a headache from all the One Million Moms members who flooded their Novartis corporate offices with concerns about the pain remedy’s ads on Becoming Us, an ABC Family Channel series that champions transgenderism.

“Novartis called to say they are no longer sponsoring Becoming Us,” said 1MM director Monica Cole. “And they said they value their customers’ concerns and appreciate our feedback.”

In addition, ChristianMingle.com has responded to a 1MM campaign regarding the TV Land series Impastor, which features a lot of profanity and a main character who steals an identity and poses as a small town’s gay pastor. CEO John Volturo wrote 1MM, “Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. … we have pulled all advertising during Impastor.”

AFA president Tim Wildmon said, “Moms make a difference in this world, especially when they band together.” Learn more at onemillionmoms.com.

1MM will be participating in EWomen Conferences (ewomen.net) in Roanoke, Virginia, October 2-3; and Southaven, Mississippi, October 16-17.
