Ford drops ads from gay publications

Ford Motor Company quietly appears to be dropping its advertising from homosexual magazines such as Out and The Advocate, two popular gay publications.

In the past few months the magazines have had several issues in which no Ford related ad appeared.

AFA has been promoting a boycott of Ford since last March, and the company’s sales have been dropping dramatically since the boycott began.

“It appears that Ford is quietly, without any announcement, dropping the homosexual publications,” said Don Wildmon, chairman of AFA.

Homosexual activists have refused to come to the aid of Ford, he said, remaining silent rather than publicly supporting the automaker against the boycott.
